The Best Moroccan Chili
This savory and fragrant chili is the perfect chili to add to any home cooks repertoire. Classic chili ingredients: ground beef, sweet onion, bright carrots, diced tomatoes are all present . They are then married in a unique blend of spices, which awaken the palate, while warming the spirit. I discovered the wonder spice Ras El Hanout from Jamie Oliver’s cookbook. This spice is the all star in this dish as it has a huge flavor profile. Which includes cinnamon, coriander, ginger, paprika, chili powder, black pepper. Mint, nutmeg, fennel, star anise, fenugreek, clove bay leaf, and cayenne powder. I was able to find my blend at my local Target store.
